Ingredients:
4 eggs, 2 margarines, glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 vanilla sugar, a bit of cocoa
How to make:
Yolks, sugar and margarine mix on steam, add flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa and whipped whites, mix it all together and spread on wafers.

Vanilla and cocoa Wafers
Ingredients:
1 margarine, glass of sugar, 1/2glass of water, 2 glasses of powder milk, some almonds, raisins, nuts, cocoa or vanilla flavour
How to make:
boil margarine, sugar and water, leave it to cool, add powder milk, almonds etc., crushed wafers and cocoa or vanilla. Spread it on a wafer cover it with another one and leave it to stick.

Wafer-roll (an excellent snack with some beetroot soup, salads)
Ingredients:
potatoes, a lot of fennel, egg, salt and pepper
How to make:
Mashed potatoes mix with fennel, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle a wafer with water and spread mashed potatoes on them, roll it, leave it to stick, soak it in whipped egg and bread crumbs, fry it on a frying pan.

Wafer chops
Ingredients:
pork-butcher's meat, mince (meat), onion, egg, salt and pepper.
How to make:
Mix meat with onion, spread it on little squares of wafers, soak it in whipped egg and bread crumbs and fry it on a frying pan.
